*Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions:
The Reward Value for each point is based on total revenue less fuel and advanced fees, and will be awarded after the shipment has been delivered and paid for by the account holder. No points will be allocated for any non revenue shipments such as credits, special complimentary promotion, etc. If a shipment charge is subsequently credited, or service type changed, the points will adjust accordingly. Reward Points will automatically be purged if not redeemed for a VIPGift Voucher within 24 consecutive months and/or if the account holders balance exceeds 30 days past due. Loyalty Members can redeem points in increments of 500 after a minimum of 1,000 points have been earned and input for redemption. Points are only valid towards a gift voucher redeemable at VIPGift.com. VIPGift Vouchers will expire 6 months from date of point redemption. Reward points will only be issued to registered users who generate shipments through one of the Company’s authorized online shipping program programs such ShipOnline, e-Courier and QuickShip, excluding HiVE, PURL and any other custom label generation tool and is subject to the Company’s Terms & Conditions Policy. Norco does not assume any liability for the products or services received through VIPGifts or its affiliate companies.

Points accrued in any program account do not constitute property of the customer and are not transferable to any person or entity not associated with current customer. Furthermore, not all account holders may qualify to participate in the Loyalty Rewards program which is subject to the sole discretion of Norco Delivery Services.

Norco reserves the right to add to and/or change the Loyalty Reward program ("program") Terms & Conditions at any time. This means, for example, that Norco may change the number of points earned for spending, or the number of points required to redeem rewards, impose caps on earning and/or redeeming points. In addition, Norco reserves the right to terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
