How can I order more shipping supplies?
The easiest way to get your supplies is by ordering them from the Supplies Section of this web site. You may also order supplies by contacting Customer Care at (800) 683-7648. Supply requests received before 5:00 pm are delivered the next business day. All supplies are provided free of charge to account holders.

Why was my shipment left without obtaining a signature?
We reserve the right to leave residential deliveries without authorization where appropriate. Due to the urgent nature of our Early Overnite SM service, we reserve the right to leave shipments without a signature when necessary. Morning Overnite SM deliveries may be left if access is permitted but no one is available to sign. I need to send a shipment with your company tonight but I am not an account holder. Is it possible?
Using your credit card you can prepare your shipment online and drop it off to any of our drop boxes. Shipments accepted from non-account holders are subject to a shipping rate $5.00 higher than our published rates.

Why can't I order more than one month's worth of shipping supplies?
Overnite Express keeps costs down by maintaining tight controls over our inventory which includes providing a maximum of one month of supplies to our clients. As a result of our lower inventory costs, we are able to pass on our savings to our clients. To minimize concerns by our clients of running out of supplies, we have implemented a supply order system that provides supplies the following day after the order is placed. How can I open an account?
The first step to opening an account is to complete an application. (See our on-line application ) A sales associate will process your application and contact you within two business days.

I need to send a shipment but I am out of shipping supplies -- what can I do?
We will accept your shipment in any packaging that will provide secure protection. If you are out of forms make sure your shipment is clearly marked with the origin and destination addresses (including telephone numbers) as well as the required service and your account number. (See our Supplies Section to obtain a copy of our shipping software so that you will never run out of forms again. Or click here to prepare an on-line shipment form).

How do I cancel / void a shipment I have prepared with the OverniteShip Desktop or OverniteShip Online software?
To cancel or void a shipment that you have prepared using OverniteShip Desktop, our shipping software, simply dispose of your shipment form (you may do the same for shipments prepared online). The only shipments that you are billed for are shipments that are deposited into one of our drop boxes. |

How often am I billed?
Accounts sending shipments that total over $150.00 a week are billed weekly. Accounts shipping less than that total amount are billed monthly. Credit card customers billed bi-weekly regardless of shipment volume.

I participate in your "Sweet Sixteen" cookie & coffee program. I sent in my card but have not received my cookies. What can I do?
Please contact us . Be sure to include your account number and the date you sent in your form. We strongly recommend that you use our on-line cookie form , that allows you to track your cookie order from the time it is placed.

It is Friday and I want my shipment to be delivered on Monday, not Saturday. What do I need to do?
Unless you specifically request our Saturday service your shipment will be delivered on the next business day (Monday).
