Third Party Billing:

For “Bill Third Party” transactions, packages will not be accepted unless shipper provides a valid Norco account number. In order to choose this billing option, the Norco account number of the third party must appear on the label at the time it is tendered and the account must be in good credit standing. In the case of a dispute, Shippers account will be billed.
