Delivery Signature

By default, Norco Delivery Service obtains signatures on all shipments, except when choosing Early, Residential or Interoffice service options. Not including the Interoffice option, shippers can override this default policy and request a signature, however an additional charge will apply. Please note that by requiring a signature your shipment may be delayed. If Norco Delivery Service is unable to deliver your shipment after the third attempt the shipment will be returned to the shipper.

Mexico Overnite Signature Policy
All deliveries to Mexico require a signature by the recipient. Should a recipient not be present at the time of delivery, one more attempt will be made. A delivery attempt notification will be left at the place of delivery, with information detailing the location of the nearest Estafeta office where the package will be returned. If a recipient is not present after the second attempt, the package will be returned and held at the closest local Estafeta office. If the package is not claimed after 5 days the package will be returned to the sender. To find an Estafeta office close to the location of your recipient visit http://www.estafeta.com/ingles/oficinas/ofi001.html.
