Form Entry Charge

In addition to our shipping software, paper ("manual") shipment forms are also available. Shipments prepared with a manual form incur a $2.25 processing charge.

Shipments received without any shipment form at all are subject to a $10.00 handling charge. Shipments with inadequate or inaccurate sender or delivery information will be charged a $10.00 handling charge.
